The Baltzar Agency is a special agency appointed with an undercover operation based in Baselland by the Chief of Staff of Weißen Armed Forces. Baltzar, however, suspects that the true purpose of the Baltzar Agency is to put him under surveillance and comply him to act according to the Chief's requests.

The Agency is established by the appointment from the embassy's military department, and is commanded by Bernd Baltzar.
